You don’t need NDIS funding to access our (dis)ability support services. Perhaps you don’t qualify for government funding or don’t want to go through all the assessments necessary to receive funding. Whatever the case may be, Colbrow can provide you with (dis)ability support services to help you stay in your own home and achieve your goals.
Whether you need a little help to get ready for the day, more regular support to get your grocery shopping done or medications picked up, or assistance getting to social groups within the community, we can implement a (dis)ability support plan that will meet your needs.
Private (dis)ability support services are essentially dictated by you. We will meet with you and get to know your likes, dislikes, preferences, and note any goals you have. Once we have a clear understanding of what you need to support you living as independently as possible, we will put a (dis)ability support plan in place and get started.
We can support you in those areas of your life that you find challenging or are unable to manage due to your (dis)ability. You might need assistance with household chores, personal care, meal planning and preparation, basic nursing care, or transport to engage in community activities or visit a friend.
Or you may need 24-hour round-the-clock nursing care. Your (dis)ability may demand complex medical and nursing care which we can readily support with our highly specialised registered nurses.
Often family members and close friends are involved in your care but seldom get a much-needed break. We can provide respite to those who support you, so they can also look after themselves.
Whatever (dis)ability support services you need to enjoy life, exercise your independence, and maintain your social and community connections, Colbrow will help you reach your goals.
