Colbrow provides (dis)ability support services to both participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and private clients who choose Colbrow as their (dis)ability support and care provider.

The NDIS is an Australian Government initiative that funds costs associated with disability – for people with a disability, their families, and their carers. The scheme provides support to eligible Australians between the ages of 7 and 65-years with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial disability, which is both permanent and significant.

Initially, you may need help understanding the NDIS, your plan, and how you can best utilise your support budget to reach your goals. To help you reach the goals identified in your plan, Colbrow will develop a tailored (dis)ability support services plan including an array of NDIS approved supports.

Whether you want greater community participation, help with gaining more independence in your activities of daily living, or access to allied health services such as nutrition advice, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy, we are committed to helping you reach your goals.
