We are inviting all Community Care Workers who are passionate about the provision of aged care, disability care, and support services in the home, to join Colbrow Care and be part of something bigger. A typical day will see you supporting a diverse range of clients in their homes and/or community. You will be responsible for the delivery of individual and person-centred care that enhances your clients’ independence, social and community participation and helps them achieve their goals in accordance with their care plans. You will support each client maintaining their independence by providing assistance with daily living tasks such as:
- Personal care
- Domestic Assistance
- Medication Monitoring
- Social Support
- Respite Care
The common thread evident in each and every day is your provision of care delivered with empathy, professionalism, kindness and dignity. You will positively impact clients’ lives by increasing their independence and autonomy and reducing their experience of disadvantage.

In addition to having a:
- Certificate III in Aged/ Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
- And/or proven experience in the field
you will also need or be willing to obtain the following:
- Current Police Clearance Certificate AND Current Working with Children’s Check OR a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001)
- Mandatory proficiencies (as required by Colbrow Care)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transport preferred but not essential.
